Needs a "reset". Undeniably unique and beautiful location, but it's showing a lack of care from service to cleanliness. The tables were sticky and the furnishings needed an update in general. The staff is "ok", but in general seemed annoyed with the fact that they were actually working. The open kitchen is fun, but we could hear every word from the cook, and they weren't all nice. My catfish was a bit slimy on the inside. I think the menu is a bit limited. For dessert we were only offered bread pudding (no dessert menu), but later saw other desserts being served to the next table. The waitress was rude to my son, hurrying him out of her way so she could present the bill to me. (No presentation needed). The vision of the restaurant is incredible, again, just needs a "reset".

Amazing views for the outside. Food selections were perfect and the desserts delicious. Great for groups.

Great food. But did NOT like having to pay to ride the elevator up.if you have a dinner reservation, you should be able to ride up for free. It's not that awesome!!. Foot was good, but not great.

Questions & Answers

The lookout does accept Bass Pro/Cabela's gift cards

Correct , its $10 ride to the top, but they deduct the cost from your meal

You can view the menu online at the website and if you want a private party, you can call to make the reservation or you can completely rent out the whole restaurant.

They take the $10 ticket price off of the dinner price, NOT the lunch price. So for lunch there is no ticket price refund.

The restaurant is closed but there are 2 lookout points you can visit up there. The view is worth it.

You don't have to, but there might be long waits without it. You can always go up and look for a price.

If you are parked near Beale Street, it's not a bad walk either.

What a RIP-off, 10 bucks just to get to a third rate restaurant?

Nope. The restaurant is good (like really good) but there's no way up there other than the elevator with a fee on it. Unless you can MacGyver some plungers and rope
